The role supports Operations and Sales teams through high-volume carrier communication, data entry, ETA management, BOL and POD processing, load closure, and occasional after-hours capacity coverage.

Reviews customer credit applications, investigates creditworthiness, establishes or recommends credit limits, maintains credit files, and responds to credit inquiries. Prepares credit, bad debt, account status, and accounts receivable reports; identifies financial exposure and escalates risks. The role also supports collections-law compliance, evaluates trade and financial references, performs clerical duties, and helps maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
