Sell R+L Carriers’ transportation services to targeted accounts and industries in the San Jose territory. Responsibilities include educating customers, growing market share, preparing presentations, contracts, and proposals, monitoring competitors and market trends, and promoting the company’s brand. The role requires local market knowledge, PC literacy, and preferably at least two years of LTL motor freight sales or operations experience.

Provides front-desk and administrative support by answering and routing calls, entering data, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Requires accurate typing, computer literacy, organization, dependable performance, strong communication skills, multitasking, and urgency. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position with benefits and paid time off after 90 days.

Coordinates freight weight-related research and analysis in a fast-paced transportation environment. The role requires analytical ability, computer proficiency, self-management, willingness to learn, and preferably experience with less-than-truckload transportation. This is a full-time Monday-through-Friday position with various shifts and includes comprehensive benefits.
