Processes customs entry documents through the ABI system, secures Customs and government agency releases, monitors rejections and information requests, maintains compliance documentation, resolves discrepancies, and supports customer service. The role requires brokerage experience, knowledge of customs regulations and trade terminology, strong organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

Manages global key accounts in automotive and industrial logistics, coordinating freight operations, rates, tenders, trade lanes, customer reporting, KPIs, systems, and cross-functional teams. The role supports customer relationships, new business opportunities, trainings, and operational performance across international country organizations and products, with backup support for Global Key Account Managers. Occasional travel is required.

Develop and manage new freight forwarding business across the UK, focusing on air freight with additional ocean freight opportunities. Build customer and stakeholder relationships, identify prospects, arrange meetings, negotiate rates, develop solutions, support onboarding, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with sales, branch management, and operations teams while securing profitable business and maintaining strong service quality.
