Coordinate air and ocean import shipments from document processing through customs clearance, cargo collection, warehouse check-in, and final delivery. Responsibilities include authorizing deliveries, following up with truckers, approving freight invoices, processing carrier charges and debtor/creditor transactions, preparing payment vouchers, and tracking discrepancies for compliance. The role requires customer and supplier communication, freight-forwarding knowledge, administrative accuracy, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Manages freight bid-board pricing, customer relationships, shipment conversion, KPI reporting, and pricing-team leadership. Develops competitive and profitable pricing strategies across air, ocean, domestic, and multimodal transportation; coordinates with carriers, vendors, sales, procurement, operations, finance, and overseas offices. Oversees bid response times, win rates, shipment status compliance, customer performance, corrective actions, and process improvements while coaching team members and expanding digital freight opportunities.

Manage air import shipments from documentation and customs reporting through cargo clearance, delivery, invoicing, and collections. Coordinate airlines, subcontractors, truckers, vendors, customers, and agents while monitoring storage deadlines and shipment costs. Negotiate vendor rates, analyze shipment profitability, maintain compliance records, resolve discrepancies, review quotes, and support customer service objectives. Ensure accurate freight invoicing, payments, financial controls, and timely communication throughout the import process.
