Coordinate customer implementations, maintain operating procedures, monitor service requirements and KPIs, and connect customers with Sales and Operations. Manage bookings, confirmations, onboarding, customer reviews, service issue resolution, workflow improvements, customer data, rates, and system configurations. Support forecasting, allocation management, technology adoption, and customer retention across freight-forwarding operations.

Support the sales team with freight forwarding quotations, tenders, proposals, rate requests, and customer solutions. Qualify leads, coordinate appointments and follow-ups, maintain CRM records and sales reports, and manage customer data, contracts, rates, and auto-rating information. Handle quotation requests from initial requirements and carrier selection through timely follow-up while coordinating with overseas offices. The role requires freight forwarding experience, strong communication skills, accuracy, customer confidence, and fluent Dutch and English.

Processes customs entry documents through the ABI system, obtains customs and government agency releases, maintains compliance documentation, monitors rejections and information requests, resolves discrepancies, and provides responsive customer service. The role requires brokerage experience, knowledge of customs regulations, tariff schedules, geography, and government agency requirements, along with strong communication, organization, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
