Supports capability studies, MSA, Gage R&R, audits, controlled documentation, dashboards, and cross-functional problem solving in a shop-floor manufacturing environment.

Provides quality engineering support for machining operations and new product launches. Develops control plans, analyzes scrap and rework, leads 8D corrective actions, conducts FMEA, SPC, DOE, capability studies, and Gage R&R analyses, and drives continuous improvement. Reviews engineering drawings, supports process changes and equipment projects, conducts audits, manages nonconforming materials, and escalates critical production quality issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
