Teams at R.E.Y. Engineers, Inc.

Leads public works and municipal infrastructure projects from proposal through construction. Serves as Engineer of Record, oversees roadway, utility, drainage, water, wastewater, and related designs, and manages project schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations. Coordinates with agencies, contractors, developers, and regulators; supports construction administration; reviews technical documents; mentors engineering staff; and contributes to proposals, business development, and client relationship growth.

Designs and delivers public works infrastructure projects, including roadways, utilities, drainage, water, and wastewater systems. Prepares plans, specifications, estimates, and technical reports; coordinates with clients, agencies, contractors, and subconsultants; supports project scheduling, budgeting, construction administration, and field responses. Reviews compliance with standards, mentors junior staff, and contributes to proposals, client meetings, and business development.

Writes, edits, designs, proofs, and produces proposals, SOQs, presentations, project descriptions, and staff resumes. Coordinates with marketing, project managers, technical staff, and external partners to meet RFP requirements, deadlines, and quality standards. Maintains proposal content libraries, CRM data, and project information systems while supporting branding and business development efforts.
