Manages a sales territory for insulation and building material products by developing customer relationships, acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, preparing quotes and presentations, forecasting sales, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating orders with customer service. The role requires extensive travel, overnight stays, trade show participation, and territory coverage within a 250-mile radius, with compensation consisting of base salary and commission.

Loads, unloads, receives, stores, and distributes inventory. Operates forklifts or pallet jacks, performs cycle counts, inspects stock, secures loads, and reports defects. The role requires safe handling practices, basic math, handheld scanner use, prolonged standing, repetitive physical movements, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse experience is required, while forklift certification is preferred. Local travel under 10% may be required.

Provides customer support for branch orders, product information, dealer requests, and order acknowledgements. Maintains positive customer relationships, processes orders using computer systems, resolves issues, performs basic calculations, and coordinates with sales, production, credit, and delivery teams to support fulfillment. Requires strong communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with physical ability to stand and perform repetitive motions.
