Lead organizational change management for client technology implementations and business consulting projects. Responsibilities include stakeholder facilitation, change impact and risk assessment, OCM communications and training plans, training delivery, readiness assessments, project-phase coordination, deliverable reviews, risk mitigation, client workshops, and relationship management.

Manage data and analytics consulting projects, teams, stakeholders, and delivery phases from requirements through deployment. Lead hands-on SQL and Python development, data modeling, data warehouse design, and BI visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks. Facilitate client workshops and executive meetings, manage risks and budgets, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to practice growth through mentoring, recruiting, and methodology development.

Serve on client project teams across all phases: gather requirements, design data models, develop with SQL (and occasional Python), build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker, implement data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.), run stakeholder workshops, manage risks, and mentor colleagues while supporting business-focused data decision-making.
