Serve on client project teams across all phases: gather requirements, design data models, develop with SQL (and occasional Python), build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker, implement data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.), run stakeholder workshops, manage risks, and mentor colleagues while supporting business-focused data decision-making.

Lead end-to-end system implementation projects: setup, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment. Facilitate workshops and executive meetings, manage risks, maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities, mentor team members, and contribute to recruitment, strategy, and business development.

Lead cross-functional project teams through full SDLC for media and retail clients. Manage scope, budget, timelines, client executive relationships, workshops, risk mitigation, team development, and business development while contributing to internal growth and delivery excellence.
