Design and operate PoP network topology and interconnection, manage internet transit and peering, define BGP policy and DDoS mitigation, administer internet number resources, oversee hardware lifecycle and firmware baselines, own PoP staging/turn-up and acceptance testing, and provide technical direction and quality review for junior engineers.

Own and operate the Linux KVM hypervisor platform at fleet scale: define golden builds and VM templates, automate bare-metal provisioning, manage patching/rollouts, implement monitoring (Prometheus) and centralized logging, enforce CIS security baseline, detect configuration drift, and maintain CI/testing for infrastructure code.

Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities maintenance, vendor and procurement lifecycles, travel logistics and emergency response. Oversee employee services (onboarding, benefits support), events and internal media, asset tracking, statutory compliance, and on-call incident management to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality workplace.
