Coordinates People and HR programs, new-hire orientation, onboarding events, employee inquiries, benefits and leave administration, payroll inbox management, legal filings, records, correspondence, data entry, and clerical support. The role works onsite with local People, Team Member Relations, Talent Acquisition, vendors, leaders, and employees to ensure organized and responsive HR operations.

Coordinates People programs, new-hire orientation, onboarding events, benefits and leave inquiries, employee records, payroll inbox administration, correspondence, filing, data entry, and other clerical duties. Works onsite with People, Talent Acquisition, Team Member Relations, vendors, leaders, and employees to support a smooth team member experience.

Leads the day-to-day administration, governance, process improvement, and service delivery of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and related total rewards programs. Manages annual compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, vendor feeds, audits, communications, issue resolution, compliance, and Workday optimization. Partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and vendors on program implementations, policy changes, system enhancements, acquisitions, and integrations.
