Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, equitable, and aligned with business needs.

Leads enterprise-scale automation and AI solution design, architecture standards, modernization initiatives, and resilient system delivery. Partners across business, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams; evaluates emerging technologies; guides architecture and design reviews; mentors engineers; mitigates technical risks; troubleshoots critical production issues; and drives engineering excellence across teams.

Leads the administration, governance, and improvement of leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs. Manages leave and accommodation cases, oversees interactive processes, resolves complex disability and return-to-work matters, monitors third-party vendors, and partners with Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, Legal, managers, and employees to ensure compliance, accurate pay, benefit continuation, time coding, and a consistent employee experience.
