Provide phone, ticket, and email support for QuoteWerks users and leads. Diagnose software questions and issues, maintain product and integration knowledge, and perform quality assurance and compatibility testing for updates. Over time, support technicians may conduct implementations, professional services, and customer training. The role requires responsive customer service, technical problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration in an onsite Orlando office environment.

Develops deep technical expertise of QuoteWerks and its integrations, investigates complex product and customer issues, tests features and fixes, and validates releases. Acts as a technical liaison between Development, Support, Training, Documentation, Sales, and customers. Maintains testing environments, supports escalations, communicates product changes, assists with technical demonstrations, and identifies recurring issues and product improvement opportunities.
