Lead technical migrations from Hyland OnBase to Epic Gallery: discovery, data extraction, metadata mapping, ETL/cleansing, conversion prep, collaborate with Epic and engineering teams, troubleshoot data issues, and provide go-live support.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and CMDB governance. Configure MID Servers, patterns, probes, and integrations; manage cloud discovery across AWS/Azure/GCP; build automations with Flow Designer and APIs; perform performance and root-cause analysis; liaise with vendors; produce technical strategy, capacity planning, and translate technical solutions for business stakeholders.

Provide hands-on MEDITECH revenue cycle support to optimize billing, collections, and denials. Configure workflows, support implementations or optimizations, develop reporting/analytics, collaborate with stakeholders, document decisions, and ensure compliance with reimbursement requirements.
