Supports a six-month Epic Gallery implementation, including build, configuration, workflow design, document management migration, validation, and knowledge transfer. Acts as the Gallery subject matter expert while training an OnBase administrator and collaborating with HIM staff. Documents configuration decisions, provides best-practice guidance, and ensures workflows align with operational requirements. The role is part-time, primarily remote, and requires minimal onsite travel.

Designs, builds, tests, documents, and maintains Corepoint interfaces connecting Epic with downstream and partner systems. Supports FHIR and HL7 v2.x messaging, EDI X12 transactions, field-level mapping, production troubleshooting, interface monitoring, and integration testing. Partners with Epic, data warehouse, and analytics teams while applying PHI security, encryption, and audit controls. The role requires strong Corepoint experience, FHIR proficiency, healthcare interoperability knowledge, and interface certification.

Builds and maintains Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models, extracts, ETL pipelines, ingestion architecture, and revenue cycle data marts for enterprise analytics and AI initiatives. The role supports claims, denials, prior authorization, eligibility, and KPI reporting; validates data quality; documents lineage; collaborates with health system IT teams; and applies PHI governance, encryption, access control, and audit requirements.
