Lead and manage the bank's BSA/AML/OFAC program, overseeing transaction monitoring, SAR/CTR/OFAC processes, QA/QC, risk assessments, vendor/system implementations, regulatory exam responses, reporting, and team performance to ensure compliance and mitigate financial crime risk.
