Lead and grow Quo’s mobile engineering team across iOS and Android. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, people development, technical guidance, cross-functional collaboration, mobile architecture and tooling alignment, feature delivery, and improving reliability and quality. The manager will establish scalable mobile engineering practices while supporting product initiatives involving AI, revenue management, and task management.

Lead and build the Customer Experience analytics function, owning CX data strategy, BI, forecasting, capacity planning, operational analytics, and executive reporting. Translate large datasets into actionable insights, predictive models, and staffing forecasts, measure AI and human interactions, identify journey inefficiencies, and quantify CX impact on revenue while partnering with CX, Finance, and Data teams.

Manage high-volume inbound leads, run tailored product demos, qualify and close deals, and act as a technical advisor on integrations and APIs. Use Quo, AI and automation to maintain pipeline hygiene, analyze funnel metrics (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Pocus), design repeatable inbound workflows, and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve conversion and customer outcomes.
