Design and automate resilience and scale tests for hybrid cloud storage, triage failures across VMs and hardware, build scheduling and monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus/InfluxDB), set release quality gates, and participate in on-call support. Focus on finding edge cases, automating manual tests, and improving test coverage and reliability.

Lead and coach a small team of account managers while carrying your own commercial/mid-market book. Build and execute expansion playbooks to drive add-on capacity, cross-sell, upsell, and term extensions. Own pipeline, forecast, and CRM hygiene; partner with Customer Success, Renewals, and Sales Engineering to convert adoption into qualified pursuits. Coach deal strategy, negotiation, and territory planning while modeling the motion in your own accounts. Work hybrid from Downtown Seattle several days per week.

Prepare and manage financial reports and forecasts, build cash flow and operating expense plans, model SaaS revenue metrics from ACV to ARR, run plan-vs-actual reviews, produce executive and board reporting, and automate recurring analyses using Excel, planning tools, or Python.
