Support clients adopting Microsoft technologies through stakeholder assessments, change plans, communications, training, sponsor engagement, champion networks, and reinforcement programs. Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions, translate technical capabilities into business use cases, identify adoption risks, measure success using usage data and feedback, and create guides, FAQs, training content, and playbooks. Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, architects, and client teams while contributing to change management methods and best practices.

Lead enterprise technology and business transformation projects through Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Lead cross-functional and distributed teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate multiple workstreams, monitor delivery performance, and maintain strong customer relationships. Projects may involve Microsoft cloud, AI, infrastructure, data, application development, modernization, or migration solutions.

Designs and delivers end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for clients. Responsibilities include Dataverse architecture, data and security models, environment strategies, plugins, integrations, workflows, customizations, Power Pages, technical workshops, risk mitigation, post-go-live support, sales scoping, and developer mentoring. The role also involves architecture leadership across multiple engagements and participation in Microsoft ecosystem events.
