Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure data pipelines and platforms using Azure Databricks, Synapse, Fabric, and Data Factory. Implement IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform), CI/CD with Azure DevOps, optimize Spark jobs, monitor platform stability, and collaborate with architects, BI developers, and clients to meet Azure best practices and business requirements.

Lead technical execution of complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations: perform discovery and assessments, configure and run migration tools (Quest On Demand Migration), execute Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams migrations, manage cutover and hypercare, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with architects, OCM and device teams, and mentor junior engineers to ensure secure, low-disruption transitions.

The role involves designing Azure-based data platforms, implementing data transformations, and advising on data governance best practices while engaging with clients.
