Directs daily operations across multiple healthcare facilities, optimizing staffing, resources, schedules, equipment, processes, and performance. Leads organizational development projects, including new services, locations, professional integration, and partnerships. Analyzes revenue, costs, capacity, budgets, and profitability; provides leadership with recommendations and performance insights. Establishes governance, accountability, standardized practices, and decision-making structures to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
