Own day-to-day operations and growth across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other third-party marketplaces. Manage listings, promotions, agencies, content quality, inventory signals, forecasting, advertising performance, reporting, and marketplace launches. Coordinate cross-functional teams, build repeatable launch playbooks, monitor marketplace risks and opportunities, and translate platform and agency insights into actionable recommendations.

Leads the accounting team and oversees financial reporting, audits, inventory accounting, treasury, tax compliance, internal controls, and month-end and year-end close processes. Manages GAAP reporting, ABL compliance, sales tax, cash forecasting, reconciliations, and accounting systems including NetSuite, Shopify, and Avalara. This hands-on director partners cross-functionally to improve automation, financial processes, and governance while mentoring the accounting team.

Lead content as a revenue-driving function across DTC, retail, and marketplaces. Build and scale a high-velocity content production engine, own brand voice, drive content-led commerce (TikTok Shop, live selling), partner with sales and e-commerce for retail sell-through, manage teams and creators, and measure contents contribution to topline growth.
