The role owns full-funnel outcomes including user quality, approval rates, and revenue, while balancing marketplace economics, media buying, user experience, and client needs.

Leads the strategy, growth, economics, and performance of 360 Finance’s lender marketplace. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing lending partners, negotiating commercial agreements, optimizing pricing and marketplace margins, expanding lender coverage, building lender operations, and leading cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal. The role also builds and scales lender relationship, onboarding, and compliance teams while improving consumer approvals, contractor adoption, lender returns, and company profitability.
