Develop and implement machine learning and optimization algorithms to improve business KPIs. Analyze large datasets, produce production-quality software components, design experiments, and collaborate with teams to improve data collection, modeling, and scalable systems.

Lead product efforts to maximize revenue per user across DTC insurance shopping and comparison funnels. Own roadmap, design and build end-to-end UI/UX, optimize form flows, run A/B tests, and improve downstream lead quality and monetization. Partner with engineering, data, and design to implement tracking, instrumentation, analytics, and backend integrations, driving measurable conversion and revenue outcomes.

Provide executive support to the CTO and drive cross-functional program execution. Manage complex calendars, coordinate leadership meetings and offsites, prepare executive presentations and status reports, track project deliverables, identify and remove risks, and improve operational processes while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations.
