Requires occasional hands-on assistance and up to 10% travel.

Own and improve Quinn Company’s digital customer experience through website optimization, SEO, local search, content strategy, conversion optimization, analytics, marketing technology, and agency coordination. The role manages website enhancements, search initiatives, content planning, digital performance analysis, tracking, and technology partnerships while translating data into actionable improvements. Occasional travel of up to approximately 10% is required.

Prepares pricing quotes for electric power generation standard products across assigned California territories. Manages the quote process by understanding customer needs, coordinating materials, labor, and support requirements, documenting action plans, and supporting job completion. Collaborates with managers, technical resources, customers, and servicing stores to ensure accurate, profitable quotes and resolve invoicing disputes. Supports Customer Service Agreements growth and applies Caterpillar insurance policies and procedures.
