Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across software engineering, aerospace, infrastructure, and related fields. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, screening applicants, managing interview processes, supporting offers and compensation discussions, maintaining Ashby data, sharing talent-market insights, and improving recruiting processes. The role requires technical fluency, strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, and experience recruiting in aerospace or related technical industries.

Lead company-wide operations, strategic execution, performance management, facilities, G&A, compliance, and cross-functional planning. Build OKRs, KPIs, operating processes, AI-enabled workflows, classified-readiness infrastructure, and corporate governance systems. Partner with the CEO and Finance on strategy, GTM initiatives, fundraising diligence, budgets, and organizational scaling. Oversee legal operations, procurement, vendor management, export compliance, government registrations, facilities buildouts, and operational risk.

Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Quindar’s Mission Planning capabilities across Plan and Portal products. Translate mission objectives into executable spacecraft and ground operations plans, improve scheduling and constraint-aware automation, and design workflows for diverse mission stakeholders. Conduct user research, define requirements and success metrics, collaborate with engineering and design, and lead prioritization, launch, and iteration for complex technical products.
