Drive products from concept through launch, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, design, sales, and founders, clarify priorities, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own marketing for Quilt’s Certified Partner network, including partner campaigns, promotions, training, newsletters, social channels, marketing assets, and product adoption campaigns. Collaborate with Partner Success, Sales, and Product to increase partner engagement, homeowner leads, installs, and software adoption. Manage execution independently while measuring channel performance and optimizing content and campaigns for partner growth.

Own and grow Quilt's partner channel across the Northeast by recruiting new HVAC contractor partners, onboarding and training them, performing regular field support and ride-alongs, managing partner performance and pipeline, hitting acquisition and revenue targets, and feeding field insights to product, marketing, and operations teams.
