Manage commercial and REIT roofing projects from inspection through completion. Coordinate crews, materials, schedules, costs, vendors, customers, and internal teams while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Conduct roof inspections, resolve jobsite issues, document progress, inspect completed work, and address deficiencies. This is a field-based role requiring rooftop work, strong organization, computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Generate roofing sales through door-to-door canvassing, neighborhood prospecting, roof inspections, homeowner education, estimates, proposals, and sales closing. Guide customers through insurance claims, coordinate with project managers, and follow up on satisfaction. The role requires outdoor work, ladder climbing, daily canvassing, customer relationship management, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
