Manage daily administrative and front-office operations of an urgent care clinic, supervise and develop staff, maintain patient flow and EMR documentation, oversee billing/insurance tasks, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), manage supplies and operational reports, and support clinical team workflows to deliver excellent patient service.

Perform diagnostic radiologic exams, ensure patient safety and radiation protection, document and report results, manage film identification and registration, operate and maintain imaging equipment, and collaborate with healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnostic images.

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and patient communications, build community partnerships, plan and run events, support employer outreach and referral development, track engagement metrics, and handle marketing administrative tasks and budget tracking to grow QuickMed's community presence.
