Provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, medication management, risk assessments, patient and family education, and coordinated behavioral healthcare. Maintains clinical documentation, orders and interprets tests, responds to psychiatric emergencies, and delivers evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Requires collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and ongoing professional development.

Perform radiologic exams following procedures to ensure patient safety and image quality; manage film identification, labeling, storage, and documentation; register patients; operate and maintain radiologic equipment; follow radiation safety protocols; collaborate with physicians and staff; maintain department cleanliness and patient communication.

Manage daily administrative and front-office operations of an urgent care clinic, supervise and develop staff, maintain patient flow and EMR documentation, oversee billing/insurance tasks, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), manage supplies and operational reports, and support clinical team workflows to deliver excellent patient service.
