Operate and monitor cloud and Linux-based applications supporting 24x7 mission operations. Perform watch-floor monitoring, log and alert triage, troubleshooting, AWS and Linux administration, support data pipelines, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation, continuous monitoring, and operational reliability.

Design, implement, and operate highly available cloud environments using AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes. Build CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies (Docker/EKS), and automation workflows. Drive IaC best practices, mentor team members, collaborate in Agile teams, and lead platform architecture and security in a mission-critical, cleared environment.

Supports implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of client, server, storage, network, and operating system environments. Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, resolves system and hardware issues, manages UNIX and Windows systems, maintains network components, and assists security officers and software engineers with security-related updates. Requires extensive systems administration experience, automation scripting expertise, a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
