Quevera Benefits Overview

Provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining HRIS records, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, employee communications, reporting, audits, and confidential documentation. Responds to employee questions, coordinates with internal departments, supports HR policies and engagement initiatives, and provides administrative and project support to the People Services team.

Serve as a Data Steward and hands-on Oracle Database Developer to ensure data quality, governance, and security. Develop and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL, support data migration/ETL, troubleshoot performance, maintain database objects, and collaborate with stakeholders to define metadata, lineage, and data stewardship processes.

Administer and optimize enterprise Linux systems, manage IBM storage and Veritas NetBackup, perform patching via YUM, run Nessus scans and remediate findings, implement system hardening and security frameworks, support backups, capacity planning, and incident response while maintaining documentation and compliance.
