Provides Level 1 operational support for enterprise infrastructure across servers, operating systems, networks, storage, backups, and critical services. Monitors systems 24/7, responds to alerts, triages incidents, troubleshoots connectivity and service issues, manages ITSM tickets, performs account administration, executes standard procedures and approved changes, and escalates complex issues. Maintains documentation, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, supports production and non-production environments, and participates in shift-based operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Node.js, Vue.js, PHP CodeIgniter, and MySQL. Build responsive user interfaces, RESTful APIs, backend services, database structures, and system integrations. Handle deployment, debugging, performance optimization, testing, code reviews, release management, production support, and application maintenance while collaborating within an Agile/Scrum team.

Develops and executes comprehensive software tests, including functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing. Creates test plans, scenarios, cases, and data; identifies and tracks defects; analyzes results; and recommends quality improvements. Collaborates with development teams during Agile/Scrum sprints, participates in requirements and test planning activities, and maintains QA documentation and release-readiness reports.
