Provide L2 support for IBM AS/400 (IBM i) systems: monitor health, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, manage users/security, handle backups/restores, monitor interfaces/file transfers, support schedulers, coordinate changes, and participate in on-call/shift support.

The NodeJS Developer will design and maintain RESTful APIs, manage API definitions, optimize database queries in MySQL, and support AWS deployments.

Design, build, test, and maintain client- and server-side software. Develop responsive front-ends, back-end APIs, and databases, ensure security and performance, troubleshoot issues, and produce technical documentation while working with product teams.
