Provides onsite infrastructure subject matter expertise across middleware, networking, servers, and databases. Investigates incidents by analyzing logs, data, triggers, and system interactions; identifies root causes; develops short- and long-term solutions; and communicates findings clearly through diagrams and presentations. Requires flexibility for overtime, shift, and weekend work, along with strong problem-solving, analytical, investigative, and process-oriented skills.

Design, develop, and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Integrate services with databases, messaging platforms, external systems, and third-party APIs. Implement security, testing, logging, error handling, and performance optimization. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, deployments, production troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis. Create technical documentation and SDLC artifacts.

Designs, develops, maintains, and executes automated tests for mobile applications and APIs. Builds reusable automation frameworks, integrates test suites with CI/CD pipelines, analyzes failures, documents defects, and collaborates with development teams to improve software quality. Participates in test planning, requirements and code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and efforts to expand coverage while reducing manual testing.
