Enables customers through training, webinars, and content; gathers user and market feedback; prioritizes enhancement requests; collaborates with Product Owners on improvements; monitors competitors; and represents customer needs in product strategy. Requires up to 25% travel.

Supports attorneys and paralegals across the patent lifecycle by monitoring correspondence and deadlines, preparing and filing official forms, handling EP grant formalities and validations, coordinating translations and foreign associates, communicating with clients, preparing portfolio schedules, processing invoices and refunds, and maintaining process documentation.
