Produce, revise, and quality-control English→Traditional Chinese technical translations (including MT post-editing). Edit for accuracy, terminology, style, and client guidelines; manage translation memories, termbases, and vendor performance; support and train external translators; perform other related duties as assigned.

Provide technical localization engineering support for software, websites/CMS, e-learning and other file types. Build memoQ filters, integrate translations, perform engineering checks, document processes, advise clients and internal teams, prepare quotes, and support special projects to optimize localization workflows and ensure quality.

Manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable: process invoices in ERP, submit via portals, modify LEDES invoices, handle intercompany invoicing, client onboarding, accruals, respond to financial/contractual queries, support audits, and prepare reports. Liaise with Sales, Accounting, Credit Management and clients; ensure accuracy and month-end closing.
