Lead full-cycle enterprise sales for QuestDB across North America, focusing on financial services, capital markets, and data-intensive industries. Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline, conduct technical discovery, run evaluations and proofs of concept with engineering, negotiate contracts, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, expand accounts, and represent the company at industry events. Initially operate as an individual contributor, then hire and manage the regional sales team.

Own the technical side of enterprise sales cycles across North America, including discovery, proofs of concept, benchmarking, architecture validation, security reviews, demos, and production handoff. Work with customers, sales, the CEO, CTO, and engineers on database and data-infrastructure evaluations. Create technical assets, address RFIs and RFPs, support migrations, communicate product gaps, and represent QuestDB at customer events.

Owns finance, treasury, billing, tax coordination, commercial operations, contract workflows, legal coordination, equity administration, governance, payroll oversight, and people operations across UK and US entities. The role manages external advisers, maintains financial models and records, supports customer renewals and contracting, coordinates hiring and onboarding, and provides operational support to the CEO and leadership team.
