Administer and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including migrations, upgrades, high availability, backup and disaster recovery. Lead database projects, establish standards, troubleshoot complex performance issues, monitor health and availability, strengthen security, automate processes, and document changes. The Full Stack Developer will design and maintain scalable web applications, develop both frontend and backend systems, and optimize performance with modern technologies and AI-assisted tools.
