Lead a five-person sales team to grow revenue for architectural wall systems. Coach reps, ensure 100% HubSpot/CRM adoption, drive forecasting and accountability, pursue high-value accounts, align sales with estimating/operations and marketing, and prioritize geographic and account-based growth strategies.

Manage full lifecycle of residential FF&E projects including scheduling, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, installation oversight, quality control, client communication, and project closeout. Proactively identify risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
