The representative serves as a primary customer contact, maintains accurate ERP records, supports event bookings and installations, and helps drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Lead local event operations team: recruit, train, schedule, and manage crew leaders and installers. Oversee event logistics, customer communication, proposals, asset and fleet maintenance, DOT compliance, and labor budgeting to ensure successful shows and customer satisfaction.

Measure, mark, and cut fabrics and materials for large-scale custom drapery and fabrication projects. Read work orders and technical drawings, create and modify patterns, inspect cuts for quality, and collaborate with sewing and production teams to meet deadlines while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Support the Sewing Manager by supervising 10+ sewists to ensure timely, high-quality production of custom drapery and AV-Drop skins. Oversee workflow, quality control, inventory, training, pattern making, fabric cutting, and process improvements while addressing personnel issues and meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead all market operations for events: recruit, train, and manage installers, drivers, warehouse and operations staff; ensure scheduling, customer communication, fleet and asset upkeep, safety and compliance, SOPs, budgets, and high customer service; support sales and handle issue resolution.

Stagehands will set up and dismantle event equipment, operate company vehicles, ensure safe transport and maintenance of gear, and communicate with clients and team members effectively.
