Lead cross-functional projects to onboard key lab customers, improve retention and margins, and drive operational excellence. Manage timelines, KPIs, root cause analysis, dashboards, stakeholder communications, and compliance to ensure flawless customer transitions and continuous improvement.

Coordinate daily movement of life-critical diagnostic specimens and supplies, assign pickups/deliveries using automated/logistics systems, manage vendors and internal stakeholders, verify pallet counts and temperature controls, maintain logs and audits for safety/compliance, and meet productivity, quality, and service standards.

Investigate and resolve denied medical claims, apply denials to carriers, use automation tools and Access database to create worklists, perform data entry for adjudication, communicate with members/providers, and meet efficiency, accuracy, and cash/AR reduction goals. Full-time remote with occasional in-office training or overtime as needed.
