Coordinates industry engagement and career-transition activities across ITIs and vocational institutes in Kerala. Builds employer and stakeholder relationships, supports recruitment drives, apprenticeships, job fairs, and career exposure activities, and assists institutes with placement coordination. Gathers labor-market information, tracks employer and learner outcomes, maintains program records, documents field insights, and contributes to reports and planning. Requires strong Malayalam and English communication, relationship-building, coordination, follow-through, and basic digital documentation skills.

Coordinate identification and validation of trade- and region-specific green career pathways, engage employers and ecosystem partners, integrate green content into curriculum and learner journeys, support institutional transition systems and placements, and produce knowledge products and evidence to scale green TVET opportunities.

Lead statewide implementation of school transformation programs by driving teacher adoption, managing government partnerships, ensuring monitoring and data-driven decisions, overseeing budgets and operations, and building a high-performing team to achieve program outcomes and scale.
