Supports the State Lead in planning, implementing, monitoring, and scaling an education program across Odisha. The role coordinates district teams, government stakeholders, CSOs, and partners; facilitates trainings and reviews; analyzes program data; manages reporting and budget tracking; and mentors field teams. Extensive travel across Odisha is required, along with strong knowledge of government education systems, digital and future skills, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and program management.

Supports employer engagement, institute coordination, career transition, apprenticeships, job fairs, recruitment activities, and livelihood opportunities for vocational learners. The role maintains employer and placement records, tracks learner participation and outcomes, gathers local labor-market information, coordinates stakeholders, and contributes to reports, documentation, and program reviews across Ernakulam and surrounding districts.

Leads academic strategy and program quality for school-based learning initiatives in Odisha. Responsibilities include curriculum and resource development for Grades 6–10, teacher and stakeholder capacity building, classroom implementation support, monitoring and continuous improvement, student innovation activities, and institutional partnerships. The role focuses on computational thinking, coding, STEM, project-based learning, and scalable education systems, while mentoring field teams and representing the organization with government and academic partners.
