Lead photonic and optoelectronic component tapeouts and build AI-driven development pipelines for quantum computing hardware. Responsibilities span device design, simulation, layout, testing, system experiments, foundry collaboration, PDK integration, and automation of engineering workflows. The role partners with multidisciplinary engineering and quantum science teams to accelerate photonic chip development and integrate components into fault-tolerant neutral-atom quantum systems.

Design and deliver advanced quantum computing education focused on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing. Create courses, tutorials, notebooks, assessments, presentations, demos, hackathons, and community programs for industry, academic, and national laboratory users. Collaborate with research, product, and solutions teams to align content with Bloqade, neutral-atom hardware, APIs, and constraints. Translate research into learner pathways and improve curricula using feedback and learning data.

Lead research in quantum algorithms, focusing on developing novel techniques for quantum computing and collaborating on algorithm-hardware co-design.
