Build and lead a GTM enablement function in a fast-scaling SaaS fintech environment. Define enablement strategy, onboarding, certifications, AI-first learning (AI Role-Play), sales methodology adoption (MEDDPICC), content governance in Seismic, manager enablement, release adoption, and measurement of impact to ramp, win rates, and retention. Hands-on leader who will create programs, embed AI, partner cross-functionally, and grow a team over time.

Lead and scale back-office dispute operations: build and run an onshore Phoenix center, manage a ~120-person offshore BPO, own QA/controls and compliance (Reg E/Reg Z), develop procedures and training, forecast volume and SLAs, drive AI/tooling adoption, and serve as the operational client-facing executive.

Lead end-to-end FP&A for a high-growth B2B SaaS company: own annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, LRP, and financial model. Partner with GTM and product leaders on analytics, prepare board and investor materials, build FP&A team, and architect scalable financial systems while driving automation and process improvements.
