Represent Quavo with senior financial institution stakeholders and drive bookings growth while recruiting and developing AE talent.

Build and lead a GTM enablement function in a fast-scaling SaaS fintech environment. Define enablement strategy, onboarding, certifications, AI-first learning (AI Role-Play), sales methodology adoption (MEDDPICC), content governance in Seismic, manager enablement, release adoption, and measurement of impact to ramp, win rates, and retention. Hands-on leader who will create programs, embed AI, partner cross-functionally, and grow a team over time.

Serve as a trusted consultant and product expert for client implementations. Lead discovery, translate business objectives into requirements and user stories, design data mappings, produce configuration documentation, drive testing and validation, and mentor teams to ensure successful SaaS product delivery and long-term supportability.
