Teams at QuaverEd

Conduct usability research, analyze behavioral and product analytics, and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and product recommendations. Partner with product managers, developers, and analysts to improve web and mobile experiences. Lead A/B and usability testing, provide UX/UI training, maintain design systems and accessibility standards, and develop UX/UI policy documentation. Communicate research findings and design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Onboard school districts to QuaverEd’s curriculum platform and provide frontline phone and email support. Communicate with customers and internal teams across multiple channels, troubleshoot integrations, and use SQL, networking, database, and cybersecurity knowledge to resolve issues. The role may also involve planning software tools and applications that support operations.

Serve as a content expert and trainer for QuaverHealth•PE, leading virtual and in-person trainings, coaching teachers at school sites, hosting events, representing the company at conferences, and supporting curriculum implementation and adoption.
