QuaverEd Benefits Overview

Conduct usability research, analyze behavioral and product analytics, and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and product recommendations. Partner with product managers, developers, and analysts to improve web and mobile experiences. Lead A/B and usability testing, provide UX/UI training, maintain design systems and accessibility standards, and develop UX/UI policy documentation. Communicate research findings and design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Creates and edits branded marketing materials, supports campaign launches and performance tracking, collaborates with Sales and internal teams on proposals and product materials, conducts competitor research, and maintains marketing plans, timelines, trackers, and asset libraries. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, creativity, basic graphic design skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Onboard school districts to QuaverEd’s curriculum platform and provide frontline phone and email support. Communicate with customers and internal teams across multiple channels, troubleshoot integrations, and use SQL, networking, database, and cybersecurity knowledge to resolve issues. The role may also involve planning software tools and applications that support operations.
