Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; oversee project accounting, revenue recognition, billing, indirect cost allocations, financial reporting, SEC filings, SOX controls, audits, and government contracting compliance. Partner across finance and operations, improve accounting systems and processes, support strategic transactions, and manage and develop accounting staff.

Own technical, cost, and schedule accountability for spacecraft and subsystem development from architecture through launch and commissioning. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and test; manage integrated plans, milestones, risks, resources, customer engagements, and formal design reviews. The role also supports proposal development and business capture while maintaining mission assurance rigor in national security and commercial space programs.

Leads proposal pricing strategy and cost-volume development for federal, defense, civil, intelligence, and commercial space pursuits. Develops Basis of Estimate documentation, pricing models, cost narratives, and competitive assessments; coordinates subcontractor pricing; evaluates cost realism, affordability, risk, profitability, and compliance; and supports proposal reviews, negotiations, audits, and fact-finding. Partners with capture, contracts, engineering, program management, finance, and executive teams across multiple concurrent bids.
