Teams at Quantum Space

Develop and qualify spacecraft propulsion hardware, including propellant tanks, pumps, and fluid systems. Perform engineering analysis, trade studies, testing, integration, anomaly investigation, and root-cause analysis across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on manufacturing, environmental testing, launch campaigns, technical reviews, and flight readiness for national security, civil, and commercial space missions.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, including engineering, manufacturing, mission operations, program management, and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, advise on talent markets and compensation, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Represent the company at recruiting events while meeting hiring metrics and supporting rapid organizational growth.

Leads development, integration, and operational support of spacecraft ground software for testing, mission operations, command and telemetry workflows. Builds distributed systems, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, dashboards, monitoring, and automation. Supports spacecraft and subsystem integration, anomaly investigations, system resiliency, security, performance, CI/CD, and operational tooling. Collaborates with mission operations and engineering teams, owns portions of ground architecture, and mentors junior and mid-level engineers.
