Teams at Quantum Residential, Inc.

Assists with residential property operations, leasing, prospect conversion, resident renewals, rent collection, reporting, lease administration, resident relations, compliance, and office recordkeeping. Supports the on-site manager with daily activities and may supervise maintenance and on-site personnel in the manager’s absence. Duties include apartment tours, applications, inspections, deposits, regulatory documentation, community events, and vendor coordination.

Assists with apartment leasing, prospect conversion, resident renewals, rent collection, reporting, lease administration, resident relations, and office recordkeeping. Supports the on-site manager with daily property operations, regulatory compliance, inspections, audits, and supervision of maintenance personnel when needed. May perform affordable-housing certifications and assist with eviction preparation, community events, and vendor coordination.
