Design conversion-focused landing pages, forms, offer pages, comparison tables, and user journeys for experimentation. Create test variants from CRO hypotheses through developer-ready designs, collaborate with CRO, creative, and development teams, maintain reusable Figma components, support rewards brands, and contribute to usability research and experiment analysis.

Own production forecasting and strategy models end to end, including data infrastructure, statistical and machine learning model selection, experimentation, evaluation, and decision-ready reporting. The role requires Python and SQL expertise, strong experiment design, and the ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders while collaborating with the analytics team and responsibly using AI.

Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines for the QiCore warehouse. Migrate acquired-business data into a unified platform and single customer view, model data for analytics, and ensure pipeline reliability, governance, testing, and quality. Monitor and resolve data issues at their root, support future acquisitions and migrations, and collaborate through code reviews in a fast-paced team environment.
