Teams at Quantum Machines

Define the architecture of a software framework coordinating CPUs, GPUs, quantum control hardware, and other devices. Design unified interfaces for execution, communication, and resource management across hybrid quantum-classical workflows. Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Research teams to translate requirements into scalable production solutions. Guide architectural decisions involving performance, reliability, observability, access control, workload orchestration, service recovery, APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.

Provide end-to-end technical support to global quantum computing customers. Troubleshoot experimental hardware and software setups, identify root causes, develop workarounds, collaborate with R&D on lasting solutions, support hardware installations, document resolutions, and maintain customer communication. The role requires hands-on experimental physics experience, Python proficiency, Linux familiarity, networking knowledge, and global travel to customer sites.

Leads global configuration and product data management across the product lifecycle. Owns PLM and ERP data integrity, part numbering, BOM and revision control, ECO/ECR processes, change control boards, configuration audits, and traceability. Manages approved parts and vendor lists, component obsolescence and risk mitigation using SiliconExpert, and develops process improvements, KPIs, reports, and release-readiness metrics while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and supply chain teams.
