Design, build, and maintain backend services for quantum-computing control and orchestration systems. Manage configuration, system health, cluster operations, and distributed networked environments. Integrate with hardware-facing and embedded systems, support product installation, and improve reliability and observability. Own features through the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with engineers across sites and disciplines.

Lead technical customer and prospect engagements for quantum computing control systems. Apply deep quantum technology expertise to understand customer needs, influence product roadmaps, develop technical plans, support partnerships, and create go-to-market resources such as application notes and white papers. The role requires strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, organization, independence, and regular travel.

Supports calibration and optimization of superconducting qubits, develops quantum-gate calibration protocols, operates dilution refrigerators, assists with hardware installations, supports cryogenic testbed users, and contributes to daily laboratory operations. The role is an on-site internship in Israel requiring an MSc and prior cryogenic systems experience, with a minimum expected commitment of three to six months.
