Own the operational backbone of Quantium’s partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing partner portals, tracking deal progression, reconciling portal data with HubSpot, maintaining CRM accuracy, invoicing partner funding, tracking rebates and incentives, and managing partner collateral and enablement materials. The role is based in Sydney with hybrid flexibility and supports partnerships and sales operations.

Design and develop data science solutions for Telstra’s operational systems using Python, SQL, predictive modeling, and AI. Responsibilities include feature engineering, model development, data product creation, GenAI and LLM experimentation, stakeholder collaboration, deployment, validation, and continuous improvement of production solutions.

Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products from proof of concept through production. Design and connect backend, data, and frontend systems; solve ambiguous client problems; lead workshops and technical discussions; and make pragmatic trade-offs while iterating based on user feedback. The role requires approximately 5–8+ years of product or systems engineering experience, strong AI delivery experience, full-stack capability, client communication skills, and senior-level autonomy.
