Design, optimize, and maintain low-latency C++ applications and infrastructure. Focus on concurrency, memory optimization, CPU affinity, hardware interactions, profiling/debugging, documenting architecture, and writing high-performance code in a fast-paced trading environment.

Maintain and operate in-house Fedora-based datacenter and desktop infrastructure. Provision, monitor, troubleshoot hardware and low-level software, manage access, backups, and failovers, and support operations and engineering teams with scripting and incident response.

Manage and optimize core IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, databases), provision and lifecycle systems, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, work with vendors for hardware procurement, and support operations including off-hour emergency response and disaster recovery testing.
