Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing; manage and prioritize helpdesk queue; troubleshoot AD, Windows, networking and security; support infrastructure, system administration, and IT projects; escalate complex issues; collaborate with teams and vendors; mentor junior staff and drive proactive improvements.

Develops tables, figures, listings, derived datasets, and quality-control checks for real-world evidence projects. Uses SAS and SQL to manage large healthcare datasets, including claims and electronic medical records. Documents QC activities, supports project procedures, communicates with Outcomes Research teams, improves processes, and mentors junior programmers.
