Own the platform product roadmap for APIs, SDKs, MCP interfaces, cloud deployments, security, privacy, and data standards. Gather requirements from customers, partners, and internal teams; write product and technical requirements; prioritize backlogs; collaborate daily with engineering; support sales, onboarding, and delivery; remove blockers; validate solutions; and incorporate feedback. The role requires technical fluency in APIs, cloud architecture, enterprise security, and data privacy, with preferred experience in healthcare or life sciences.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, statutory reporting, VAT and tax reporting, AP, AR, billing, payroll coordination, reconciliations, payments, fixed assets, and month-end close. Support consolidated financial statements, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. Improve accounting processes and finance systems through automation and AI while partnering with FP&A and business stakeholders. The role requires Israeli bookkeeping expertise, ERP and Excel proficiency, and Hebrew and English communication skills.

Own company IT operations: employee support, end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, manage macOS fleet via MDM, administer identity/SSO and SaaS, run office IT, and support security/compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR) and incident responses.
