The Director of Strategic Partnerships drives new revenue with biotech and pharma sponsors, crafting business cases, negotiating agreements, and building C-suite relationships.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, statutory reporting, VAT and tax reporting, AP, AR, billing, payroll coordination, reconciliations, payments, fixed assets, and month-end close. Support consolidated financial statements, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. Improve accounting processes and finance systems through automation and AI while partnering with FP&A and business stakeholders. The role requires Israeli bookkeeping expertise, ERP and Excel proficiency, and Hebrew and English communication skills.

Develop and implement novel machine learning algorithms and foundation-model components for biomedical/clinical outcome prediction. Lead research, experimentation, distributed training, benchmarking, and production-quality implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to publications and IP.
