The Associate Account Manager will manage campaign operational requests, generate reports, perform campaign analysis, and communicate timelines effectively. Requires 2-3 years of experience in online advertising and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Design, implement, and operate scalable systems and services across the full software lifecycle. Build proofs-of-concept, improve automation, maintain reliability and monitoring, participate in on-call duties, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Own and run daily operations for the San Francisco HQ (and three remote offices): vendor/contract management, space and occupancy planning, budget and asset oversight, compliance and safety, workplace systems (JIRA, access control), and event/culture coordination. Drive efficiency, analyze utilization data, and support global workplace initiatives.
