Leads end-to-end recruitment for specialized, senior, and leadership support roles across South Africa and international markets. Responsibilities include headhunting, passive sourcing, market mapping, talent intelligence, competitor analysis, pipeline development, stakeholder advising, workforce planning support, and recruitment process improvement. The role also mentors junior recruiters and ensures accurate, confidential, compliant, and inclusive hiring practices while accommodating international time zones.

Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, networking) for operations; maintain IT assets and records; configure user accounts, OS and security (antivirus, firewall, Active Directory); manage LAN/WAN and ISP liaison; resolve tickets per SLA; and complete technical clearance for exiting employees. May work night shifts.

Conduct end-to-end, high-volume recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessments, interview coordination, pipeline management, vacancy advertising, and offer support. Maintain accurate recruitment records, provide hiring updates, conduct checks, and engage candidates through onboarding while meeting tight hiring targets and timelines. Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Operations, and hiring managers to fill vacancies with quality candidates and ensure consistent recruitment processes.
