Lead end-to-end implementations of the Quandri platform for SMB to Enterprise customers: manage kickoff, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and handoff to Customer Success. Coordinate requirements with product and engineering, document scope-of-work and success metrics, track progress in CRM, manage scope/budget/schedule changes, and drive user adoption and change management while becoming an expert in insurance broker workflows and AMS integrations.

Lead and grow the Infrastructure team responsible for cloud infrastructure, DevOps/DevEx, security, and compliance. Drive operational excellence, scalability, reliability, SOC 2 readiness, and cross-functional collaboration. Hire, mentor, and coach engineers, define multi-quarter roadmaps, provide technical vendor-assessment expertise, and influence engineering best practices to deliver mission-critical B2B software at scale.

Own development of Quandri's commercial lines product from discovery through launch. Run customer research with brokers and agencies, define strategy and roadmap, prototype and validate solutions, lead cross-functional teams, drive go-to-market and early adoption, and measure outcomes to iterate quickly.
