Teams at Quandri

Leads engineering for agentic workflows and natural language experiences, managing two teams and contributing to broader engineering leadership. Responsibilities include building efficient development processes, delivering scalable and reliable software roadmaps, hiring and mentoring engineers, providing technical leadership across the software lifecycle, maintaining operational excellence and security standards, and collaborating with product, data/AI, customer success, partnerships, and business stakeholders.

Own enterprise customer implementations from requirements discovery through go-live, including project planning, stakeholder alignment, data connectivity, QA, AI-output validation, deployment, training, adoption, and change management. Build repeatable implementation playbooks, manage risks and timelines, report KPIs, document configurations, and escalate blockers. Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and improve time-to-value. The role includes onsite customer visits and up to 25% travel.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships for Quandri’s AI-powered insurance automation platform. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, ROI realization, executive alignment, and change management across complex insurance brokerage accounts. Develop data-driven success plans, lead business reviews and onsite workshops, identify risks and upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Implementation, Marketing, Support, and Engineering. Regular travel across Canada and the United States is required.
