Teams at Quandela

Lead foundational IT systems across Quandela’s headquarters and international subsidiaries. Responsibilities include user and device support, identity and network administration, cloud and application management, subsidiary onboarding, vendor coordination, IT governance, security hardening, monitoring, sovereign-cloud migrations, and responsible AI adoption. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on contribution, cybersecurity improvement, business-process partnership, and consistent international IT service delivery.

Develop and evaluate classical, quantum, and hybrid machine-learning methods for quantum computing. Responsibilities include designing models, improving quantum-system calibration and control, benchmarking methods, contributing to the MerLin framework, publishing research, presenting findings, collaborating with academic and multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior researchers.

Build Quandela’s procurement function from the ground up, owning direct procurement for electronics, microelectronics, and equipment. Establish supplier contracts and panels, define procurement processes and specifications, manage supplier performance and risks, develop forecasts and strategic plans, and ensure export-control compliance. Partner closely with engineering, production, finance, and legal teams while translating technical requirements into sourcing strategies.
