Support full-cycle intern recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, ATS maintenance, recruitment reporting, and employer branding. Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment best practices. Develop university relationships, organize campus events, and build internship talent pipelines. The role requires French and English communication, HR or recruitment experience, and enrollment in a qualifying master’s program with an internship agreement.

Support the CTO and CSO by coordinating technical and scientific strategy across research, product, and engineering. Track major initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and risks; prepare strategic briefings and leadership reviews; improve organizational processes and communication; facilitate cross-team execution; and lead strategic projects that help scale the technical organization.

Characterize fabricated photonic integrated circuits through optical and electrical die-level measurements. Operate and maintain laboratory setups, ensure calibration and traceability, analyze device performance, troubleshoot experiments, and develop Python automation and data-analysis scripts. Improve qualification workflows, documentation, reproducibility, and statistical monitoring across fabrication batches. Collaborate with simulation, design, packaging, and cryogenic teams to support device selection and scalable quantum hardware integration.
