Build and lead Quandela’s end-to-end supply chain and S&OP process. Responsibilities include demand and production planning, capacity analysis, MRP and purchasing, inventory strategy, supplier performance, logistics, customs, ERP implementation, dashboards, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and manages priorities across customer deliveries, R&D needs, manufacturing, and critical component supply.

Translate qualified manufacturing processes into production methods, routings, work instructions, SOPs, and standard times. Define resources, tooling, inspection points, and workstation requirements; maintain ERP/MES manufacturing data; validate methods on the shop floor; train operators; and drive continuous improvement. Analyze production flows, capacity, costing, and performance metrics while supporting new product introduction, production ramp-up, process changes, and corrective actions in semiconductor and photonic manufacturing.

Lead industrialization and manufacturing systems projects across semiconductor, photonic, quantum, and integrated products. Transfer products from R&D to production, define manufacturing readiness criteria, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Own manufacturing requirements for ERP and MES deployment, including BOMs, routings, traceability, work instructions, production data, and WIP management. Drive PFMEA, Control Plans, qualifications, design-for-manufacturing, change management, capacity planning, and production ramp-up.
